Job Title: Aspiring Teacher Location: Lincoln Salary: £90 - £115 per day Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full time or part time Are you a passionate graduate or a current university student looking to kick-start your journey in education? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join a supportive and thriving school community in Lincoln as an Aspiring Teacher. Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted academic support Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation and marking Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment programs Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants and school leaders Requirements A degree or currently studying at university A genuine passion for education and a desire to become a teacher Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude Confidence to work with children and young people of different abilities A commitment to learning and professional development Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential Benefits of Joining GSL Education: Competitive daily rates of pay.
