SEND Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) Birmingham B12 Area | 5 Days per Week | Start: September 2025 OFSTED Rated ‘Good’ | Long-Term Role Looking to make a real difference in a welcoming, vibrant Birmingham primary school? We are seeking a dedicated and flexible SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team full-time from September 2025. You will most likely be based in Reception, with the flexibility to support across KS1 and KS2 as needed. About the Role: Full-time, 5 days per week Long-term role starting September 2025 Primarily working in Reception, with flexibility to support across the school Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND needs Supporting the delivery of a nurturing, inclusive learning environment What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting ✅ Confident working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 ✅ Flexible, proactive, and committed to long-term support ✅ Strong communication skills and a caring approach ✅ Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Why Join Us?
