Maintenance Electrician Central & West London Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 £45,000 – £48,000 Permanent, Full-Time | Career Progression | Premium Contract The Role: We are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join an established engineering team on a high-profile contract. You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of high-end office buildings in Central and West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced electrician to join a prestigious contract with long-term development and training built in. What You’ll Get: * £45,000 – £48,000 starting salary * 1.5x / 2x Overtime rates available * 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays * Access to Perkbox – discounts, wellbeing perks, and rewards * Regular training and access to additional electrical & compliance qualifications * Clear progression routes into Lead Engineer or Supervisor roles Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems * Working on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, containment, and small works * Supporting compliance with BS7671 (18th Edition) and relevant health & safety standards * Assisting with general building services maintenance as required * Working as part of a wider engineering and FM team across multiple buildings What We’re Looking For: * Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition (BS7671) certified * Experience in commercial building maintenance * Excellent fault-finding skills * Strong communication and customer service skills * Desire to progress and upskill through further training Ready to take the next step?
