Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Property Services Location: London Borough of Ealing Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Salary: £36,000.00 per annum We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Multi Trade Operative to join a leading housing provider. In this role, you will deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance services across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations. Responsibilities: Undertaking a wide range of reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including but not limited to, installing or repairing doors and windows, lock changes, repairing worktops and kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms, general plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, and plastering. Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations. Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
