About the Role As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting pupils across the curriculum and leading lessons in the teacher’s absence. You will deliver targeted interventions, support individual learners, and contribute to planning and assessment within the classroom. This position is ideal for a confident, flexible practitioner who is committed to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
