Sales Representative Location: South West London (Fridays at Head Office – North London) Salary: £26,000 Basic, Car Allowance & Bonus On-Target Earnings: £40,000 Year 1 Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time Simon Acres Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading supplier of premium stone surfaces, offering bespoke fabrication and fast-turnaround solutions for both residential and commercial projects. With high-profile retail clients, advanced CNC machinery, and an exceptional in-house installation team, the business is rapidly expanding and looking to invest in driven, motivated sales professionals. We are seeking ambitious and proactive Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a well-established and forward-thinking company with a strong presence in the KBB sector and an outstanding reputation for service and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Promoting and selling a premium fabrication and installation service for bespoke stone surfaces, tailored to the needs of KBB retailers, interior designers, and design studios Managing and developing a defined territory in South West London, focusing on building long-term, face-to-face relationships with retail showrooms and design professionals Delivering a consultative, solution-led sales approach by understanding individual client needs and offering tailored service packages, including templating, fabrication, and installation Acting as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and showcasing the value of a seamless, high-quality end-to-end service Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial quotation to final fitting, maintaining high service standards throughout Representing the company with professionalism and integrity during client meetings, site visits, trade engagements, and weekly sessions at Head Office (Fridays) Ideal Candidate Profile: Prior experience within the KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) or interiors sector is preferred Energetic, target-driven, and career-minded Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills – comfortable in face-to-face sales environments Well-organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing their own sales pipeline Must be based in or very near South West London to effectively cover the territory Why Join?
