Site Manager

Site Manager New Build Residential Up to £70,000 Plus Package Our client, a new build residential developer based in Essex, are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for someone to run a small 10 unit development, this will be a mixed use development scheme that will be traditional build. You will be the number one on site, ensuring works are being delivered to the correct standard, health and safety standards are being adhered too, supporting your on site team and contractors. You will report directly to your on site Project Manager and Contract Manager. Duties include: • Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements. • Monitor progress in line with the programme of work. • Maintain and update project reporting, keeping appropriate Site Records. • Support and coordinate internal progress meetings. • Liaise with PM and on an design issues regularly throughout the contract. • Arrange and lead internal progress meetings with Subbies. • Liaise with the PM and monitor sub-contractors in relation to any variations and delays. • Monitor and review quality assurance, support snagging as required. • Produce RAMs for site, implementing Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health & safety are being met This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing developer that offer training and progression if performance is good. f this role is of interest please apply or contact Danny Mangan for more information.
