Futures are excited to be partnering with an exciting market-leading business in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. With many years of experience in the industry, they have built a strong reputation and a great product portfolio, delivering high-quality products to a large customer base. Following exciting growth plans, the business is entering a new and exciting phase of expansion. As a result, they’re hiring for a Sales Director to lead the UK commercial function and accelerate growth across key channels. You will * Lead and develop the UK sales strategy across grocery, high street and discounter channels. * Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and National Account Managers. * Own top-tier UK retail relationships and high-level JBP negotiations. * Take full responsibility for revenue, margin delivery and account P&Ls. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Category and NPD to launch and scale new innovations. * Report directly into the board and play a key role in UK business planning. You will need * Proven track record of 7 years in FMCG sales leadership * Strong experience managing national accounts * Deep understanding of commercial planning, forecasting and promotional strategy. * A hands-on, agile leadership style with the ability to work in a fast-paced, environment. * An ambitious, growth-driven mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.
