Internal Sales Executive – Plumbing & Heating Sector Location: Salford, Manchester Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 OTE: £40,000 – £50,000 Potential Car Allowance Are you an experienced sales professional with a solid background in the plumbing & heating industry? We’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team based in Salford, Manchester. About the Role: As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing expert advice and support to trade clients. You’ll be liaising with plumbing and heating professionals daily, using your industry knowledge to offer solutions and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: * Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face * Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers * Prepare quotations and process orders accurately and efficiently * Work closely with external sales and purchasing teams * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities * Support stock control and product availability management Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the plumbing & heating sector (essential) * Proven internal sales or customer service experience in a trade environment * Excellent product knowledge of plumbing/heating systems and components * Strong communication and organisational skills * Proficient in using CRM and order processing systems What We Offer: * Competitive basic salary of £30K – £35K * Uncapped OTE of £40K – £50K * Potential car allowance for the right candidate * Career progression opportunities within a growing business * Friendly, supportive team environment Our client is one of the Nations leading Plumbing & Heating Merchants
