Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer (FM Sector) Location: Oxford & Surrounding Areas Salary: £40,000- £50,000 Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start: ASAP We’re working with a leading facilities management provider to find a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial properties. If you're F-Gas qualified and confident working across split systems, VRVs/VRFs, and general HVAC kit — this one’s for you. The Role: Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on AC systems Diagnose faults and carry out repairs with minimal supervision Ensure F-Gas records and site paperwork are kept up to date Work across commercial offices, retail, and mixed-use buildings Part of an on-call rota (additional pay)What We’re Looking For: F-Gas qualified (essential) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning or equivalent Experience in commercial FM environments Full UK driving licence Comfortable in client-facing rolesWhat You Get: Competitive base salary overtime Company van fuel card 25 days holiday bank holidays Tools, uniform, and ongoing training Job security with a respected name in FMThis is a great opportunity if you want stable work, a solid support team, and sites that are managed professionally.
