Job Description

Design Manager - Surrey - Legacy / Remediation Projects A Design Manager is required to oversee design packages on 3 x legacy projects in London. The schemes range in value and scope of works will include legacy defect and remediation packages. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build / legacy projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Head of Design any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is an office based role with occasional visits to site ewquired. Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least £20m with leading residential Contractors, Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / North London.
