Sales Executive – New Homes Based on-site in Theale OTE up to £55,000 5 days per week, including rotating weekends Are you passionate about property and driven by success? Join a leading new homes developer as a Sales Executive and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping buyers find their perfect new home. What You'll Be Doing * Guiding customers through the home buying journey from first enquiry to handover * Conducting viewings and presenting the benefits of each property and development * Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs * Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions * Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems * Representing the brand to the highest standard on site What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in new homes sales * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * A proactive and target-driven approach * Well-presented, professional, and personable * Availability to work five days per week, including weekends on a rotating basis What We Offer * OTE up to £55,000 with competitive basic salary and commission structure * Supportive team culture with career development opportunities * Work on a high-quality, well-respected development in Theale * Uniform allowance, pension scheme, and company benefits
