Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Maldon Full-Time | £26,000 – £28,500 Monthly Bonus | 40 Hours/Week Join the Launch of a Brand-New Facility in Maldon! A new self-storage site is opening in Maldon, and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Advisor to play a key role in its success. What You’ll Be Doing: * Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face and voice of the store – handling enquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Sales-Focused Support: Convert leads, upsell services, and meet team sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport building. * Day-to-Day Operations: Keep the store clean, organised, and customer-ready. * Admin Tasks: Process contracts, manage account queries, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time. * Adaptability: No two days are the same – so bring your multitasking A-game!
