About the Support Department Our Support team is at the heart of the relocation journey. We make sure that our international workers have everything they need to start working and living comfortably in the Netherlands. That means arranging housing, cars or bikes, answering daily questions, and solving practical challenges quickly and efficiently. You'll be working in a dedicated and growing team of 6 colleagues, where no two days are the same — and no challenge is too big! Your Role: Inspiring Team Leader with a Talent for Structure We’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead / Manager to guide, strengthen, and elevate our Support and Coordination teams. You’ll be responsible for smooth day-to-day operations, delivering top-level service, and building a strong, motivated team. What You’ll Do Plan for new workers – You’ll ensure every new hire has housing, transportation, and a clear start in the Netherlands. Organize housing and mobility – From apartments and cars to bikes and public transport. Respond to daily questions – Your team is the go-to point for all practical support needs. Lead and support your team of 6 – You coach, guide, and help your team grow. Improve internal processes – You see what can be done better and make it happen. Set and track goals – You manage performance and encourage development. Train and onboard new colleagues – You ensure a smooth and inspiring start for newcomers. Motivate and innovate – You bring in fresh ideas and boost team spirit. Deliver excellent service – You make sure our workers feel supported and satisfied — always. Who You Are You speak fluent English . You have team leadership experience , ideally in customer service or operations. You are organized, communicative, and solution-oriented . You enjoy improving workflows and helping people succeed. You’re not afraid to take initiative or step into a hands-on role when needed. Speaking Romanian or Hungarian is a strong plus.
