Order Management Specialist | Dutch | Immediately Available

For one of our international clients in Hoofddorp, we are currently seeking an Order Management Specialist to join their team. Our client is a producer and provider of merchandising, security, and IoT solutions, and in this role, your main responsibility will be to ensure a great customer experience, ongoing satisfaction, and exceptional order management for the EMEA market. This is a temporary position for approx. 6 months, and you will be offered a contract through us, Adams Multilingual Recruitment. At the end of the assignment, there is an opportunity to be offered a direct contract with our client. In this role, you will be in charge of: Order management: processing orders, providing price information, determining appropriate shipping methods and ship dates Manage incoming requests, create proposals, and complete quotes. Check stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team Inventory management and on-time and in-full delivery of customer orders Build reports to help support business objectives, e.g., back order, customer complaint, etc. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, and when problems occur, solve them. Provide technical troubleshooting via phone and coordinate field calls with a service partner. The way of working You are asked to come into the Hoofddorp office every day for the first 3 months for training purposes. Afterward, you will be able to work from home twice a week. Who are you? You have previous experience in customer service, order management, and/or account management You are fluent in English and Dutch , this is a must. You have experience working in a manufacturing environment You are also a person who enjoys providing excellent customer service, who is proactive, and who has an analytical mindset For this role, we can only consider candidates who are already based in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.
