Senior Facilities Executive (Warehouse)

Our client is from Freight Forwarding Industry. They are looking for a Senior Facilities Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible. Job Responsibilities of Senior Facilities Executive: Develop and execute maintenance schedules to ensure seamless facility operations and adherence to contractual obligations. Evaluate, appoint, and manage service vendors/contractors for maintenance, repair, and servicing activities, ensuring M&E systems and equipment maintain optimal functionality. Monitor the timely renewal of statutory licenses and maintenance contracts to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, renovations, refurbishments, reinstatements, and other capital projects to meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, and QHSE to continuously enhance facility performance and standards. Oversee performance of both hard and soft service providers to ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently met. Requirements: Min Degree in Facility Management or equivalent field of study. At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing facilities/ building for similar setting; Experience in handling commercial or industrial buildings will be considered.
