Sourcing Lead, Education : Graduate in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Law or Science. Experience : 4 years of work experience in source-to-contract process, spend analysis, contract management and procurement consulting in IT or software category management Behaviors & Attributes: Bilingual English / Spanish. Role Activities : Onboarding contractors to company systems, coordinating laptop delivery and connecting the contractor with the project team Contractor’s monitoring and external staff policy compliance. Enter purchase requisitions in procurement system. Review POs for accuracy and track approvals to closure. Ensure compliance with procurement processes. Review contracts or SOWs for completeness. Submit contracts in procurement system. Support contract negotiation development. Communicate with business stakeholders Ensure timely delivery of sourcing projects. Drive decision-making aligned with needs. Support Managers in sourcing projects. Assist in coordination and execution tasks. Develop, standardize, and maintain sourcing templates (RFx, pricing, scorecards). Complete pricing analyses using tools like Excel and PowerBI. Provide clear pricing analysis summaries for RFx projects. Act as a subject matter expert for sourcing tools. Provide admin services for RFx execution and management. Link between Accounts Payable and suppliers. Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (e.g., RFx, direct negotiations, reverse auctions) Provide supplier discovery recommendations based on category, technology, and region Identify and recommend local suppliers for expansion Compile supplier lists based on diversity, capabilities, and geographical location Provide supplier contact information for RFx projects Propose appropriate suppliers based on sourcing needs
