Supply Chain Director

This is a key role responsible for the end-to-end supply chain strategies and overall execution supporting the general business. This role also sets the vision of success for the supply chain, creates the framework for achieving this vision, and establishes control related standards and procedures to track progress and execution. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the regional execution of supply chain initiatives that support the strategic vision. • Responsible for the development of demand forecasts and appropriately procuring supply to service demands. At the same time, manage inventory to achieve key planned metrics. • Coordinates with key departments to establish and achieve forecasts. • Ensures that all the teams involved in the supply chain meet or exceed defined service level metrics and other key performance measurement indicators. • Coach, mentor and provide tools to the team to achieve a best-in-class organization. Experience needed: • 10 years of progressive experience with 5 years of managerial experience • 5 years of senior leadership experience in Supply Planning functions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred • Fluent in Spanish and English
