What you will do: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the distribution center to ensure the timely filling and shipping of customer orders. Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, overseeing cycle counts, and reconciliation activities. Log inventory transactions accurately and maintain updated records. How you will do it: Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with company policies. Implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping accuracy, inventory management, and order fulfillment efficiency. Provide training and support to warehouse staff to optimize operational performance and productivity. Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless logistics and address any operational challenges. What we are looking for: University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
