Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our LATAM team and ensure our customers receive top-notch support. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of resolving technical challenges, assisting with application deployments, and escalating critical issues to our development team. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving the success of our solutions. Responsibilities: * Provide timely and effective technical support to our valued customers. * Guide customers through application installations and troubleshoot any issues they encounter. * Utilize desktop support tools to efficiently resolve customer inquiries. * Collaborate with our software development team to escalate and resolve critical issues. * Proactively maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing exceptional service. Requirements: * 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a related technical role. * Solid understanding of MS SQL and proficiency in Python are essential. * A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science is a plus. * Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken). * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly. * Strong analytical and technical skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude. * Flexibility to work weekends and shifts as needed. * Bonus points for experience in the retail industry! * A strong understanding of supply chain systems is a significant advantage. * Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
