Application Technical Leader

Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute business and technical software solutions to implement new or upgraded systems. Analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical problems using appropriate tools and solutions. Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and project managers to understand business environments and technical contexts. Stay updated on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. Lead a small team, providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers, including designing solutions. Education and Skills Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Experience with Digital Development Services, Agile, DevOps, Cloud applications, Microservices architecture and patterns. Strong coding experience in Java EE, Spring Framework, Single Page Applications, Microservices, Docker, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Knowledge of software development processes (Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps practices. Ability to work with web development tools for new applications. Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and ability to work in teams.
