YES! YOUR ENGLISH SCHOOL (YES Group) is looking for one Senior Didactic Coordinator based in Milano Città Studi - Lambrate (MI) MM2 Green Line. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive ESL teaching experience as well as a C1 level of Italian for good customer service and marketing purposes. The CELTA/TEFL or DELTA certificate (English) is essential. JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - Experience level of written and spoken English with relevant certificates ( CELTA/TEFL or DELTA) . - Relevant experience with young 3-5 aged till teens or Adults & Companies. - Ability to work in and manage a team. - Selecting, training and monitoring the teaching staff; - Assessing the students’ level; - Choosing the best learning path for clients while monitoring their progress; - Finding didactic solutions for taylor-made courses; - Coordinating the internal Admin staff; - Solving didactic and organisational issues. - Excellent communication skills (English-Italian) is essential. - Reliable with a high sense of responsibility. - Experience selling courses (relevant). - Passion and patience for this job. - Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to grow in sinergy with the school.
