Overview and purpose of role: In La Rinascente, Rome, under the leadership and guidance of Management, as a Client Advisor at Christian Louboutin, you play a vital role in translating our brand DNA and story to the client. Your goal is to uphold our fabulous brand image while transforming client expectations and needs into sales success and loyalty. You are the voice of Christian and a true ambassador for our brand, products, values, and culture. Under the management team’s leadership, you will provide an outstanding, personalized, efficient, and discreet client experience. As an integral member of a high-performing sales team, you will focus on sales, create desire for the brand, deliver exceptional customer service, share your knowledge of our luxurious collections, maintain the store's condition, and ensure ongoing client loyalty. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery: Participate in all training events such as sales techniques, product knowledge, and sales ceremonies. Provide exceptional customer experience by following the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony. Reflect the luxury brand image through your attitude, grooming, dress code, and behavior. Respond professionally and promptly to client queries and issues, including managing returns or damages. Results Driven: Be aware of overall business performance and market trends. Strive to achieve KPIs and improve store results. Prioritize products and alternatives to meet sales targets. Product Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of all products, including design, craftsmanship, materials, and care. Use this knowledge to enhance customer service and drive sales. Relationship Building & CRM: Build and maintain quality client relationships to drive sales and loyalty. Grow your client base through personal interaction, clienteling, and outreach for events and launches. Team Work: Collaborate proactively with team members to meet store targets and support daily operations. Support health and safety requirements, including manual handling, standing for long periods, and use of ladders.
