The Role: We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic person with basic experience in customer management across various channels (Customer Care and Social Media), eager to grow in a stimulating and fast-evolving environment like ours. As part of the Marketing Team , you will manage the relationship with our global community and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Customer Experience . Your Responsibilities: Managing customer inquiries via email, social media, and e-commerce platforms (Zendesk, Shopify, etc.). Monitoring and responding to online reviews (e.g., Trustpilot) Resolving issues related to orders, shipments, returns, and products in coordination with Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a smooth and integrated customer service. Monitoring and continuously improving customer experience KPIs. Collaborating with Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to deliver an effective, integrated support service. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of German and French will be considered a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to produce periodic reports. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools; experience integrating these systems to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness will be considered a plus. Personal Traits: Proactive mindset, good organization skills, and eagerness to learn. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Interest in sustainability and low environmental impact lifestyles. Basic knowledge of the UN 2030 Agenda / SDGs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) topics.
