JOB DESCRIPTION Isabel Marant is looking for a Store Manager to lead its team in Milan. As a Store Manager, your main responsibilities include: Contributing to the development of our brand by providing a unique in-store experience and promoting the brand image. Organizing the store: current administration, planning, HR reporting, visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment. Managing the team: training, motivating, providing feedback, and skills development. Optimizing CRM. Reporting to the retail director and the company's headquarters, and proposing strategies to increase turnover, attract customers, and enhance client loyalty. PROFILE You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a Store Manager or assistant store manager in a luxury brand. You possess excellent fashion knowledge and understand the competitive landscape. You have management abilities, organizational skills, and are familiar with KPIs and CRM as part of your professional success.
