This contract role offers the perfect blend of professional fulfillment and scenic relaxation, with a Monday–Friday schedule that allows your weekends to truly be yours. Located just minutes from the beach, this facility is known for its strong interdisciplinary support , progressive clinical programs , and commitment to restoring function and quality of life for its residents. $2000-$2250 net (after tax take home) per week. Local Travel Rates: $50-$55 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed, first day health benefits. First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits. $1200 Con Ed Package 40 hours per week guaranteed Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment for both short-term and long-term care residents. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including OT, SLP, nursing, and social services. Document daily notes, progress reports, and discharge plans using an electronic health record (EHR) system. Help residents achieve meaningful functional outcomes related to mobility, strength, balance, and independence. Actively participate in care planning meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.
