Lettings Negotiator

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator . This is a full-time, permanent position located in Stockport. The OTE for this role is £28,000. Let's talk about the role, it involves; Registration and management of Letting applicants Arranging & completing viewings/appointments Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
