Located in a welcoming village setting, this pub is at the heart of the community, and were looking for someone who wants to be part of that. From organising team darts nights and weekly quizzes to family fun days in the large beer garden, we want a manager who can put their stamp on the place and make it their own. The Role Immediate start available Hands-on day-to-day management of all operations Line cleaning, cellar management, and banking responsibilities Planning and hosting community events Driving sales and footfall, particularly with Sky Sports and garden events Helping to shape the future of the pub as we introduce food and undergo refurbishment The Person A strong, confident personality who thrives in a community-led environment Able to lead from the front and engage with customers Must be able to drive due to the rural location (no live-in accommodation) Previous GM or strong Assistant Manager experience in a busy pub environment This role suits a first-time General Manager ready to take the next step in their career Why Join Us?
