In this role you will take on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for clients such as park home operators, landowners, developers and promotors. The work includes residential, retail and mixed-use development projects. Key responsibilities Landlord and tenant agreements Property acquisitions and disposals Development financing arrangements Transfers of going concerns Residential and commercial developments What is on offer?
