Job description: About the Role Join NOV FGS Plymouth as a Team Leader and become a key member of our Factory Management Team. You will be responsible for leading allocated teams in the delivery of production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive performance, uphold operational standards, and foster a safe and productive working environment.
