Were recruiting for a multiple Warehouse First Line Managers, for our key customer, in Harlow .Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of the customer service is delivered. This is a full-time, permanent role, working shift pattern of Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of up to £33,436 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What youll do on a typical day: Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements Maintaining health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.
