Spare Parts Sales Support Representative Ref: SF46272 A Japanese manufacturer in Lelystad, the Netherlands, is currently recruiting a Spare Parts Sales Support Representative. You will work closely with dealers and warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly. Business level of English is required for this role. The initial training will be provided. Eligible applicants: - (O) Eligible visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner, - (X) NOT eligible: Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorship Work type: Hybrid working available after probation period Visa support: No TYPE : Full-time 12-month contract to start, to become permanent HOURS : 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday (40h/week, hybrid working after training period ) SALARY : EUR 3,000 to 3,600/month depending on experience START : ASAP LOCATION : Lelystad, The Netherlands Spare Parts Sales Support Representative RESPONSIBILITIES: ・Work very closely with dealers and spare parts warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly which includes making sure to upload correct parts numbers, shipment plans, correct discount levels etc. ・Work very closely with the technical department to answer correctly to dealer technical queries ・Work very closely with suppliers and Japan office in particular to solve a spare parts’ outstanding issues in a timely manner and take action to prevent further problems ・Monitor priorities of dealer orders according to their ordering request such as breakdown orders or stock orders ・Visit dealers and identify SWOT of the dealers and clarify improvement areas ・Develop regional parts sales and marketing strategy to help dealers to improve their aftersales service capabilities ・Develop and plan sales promotional campaigns where necessary based on data-driven analysis ・Monitor pricing levels by parts categories in your assigned territories and make recommendations in order for them to stay competitive ・Monitor dealer inventory levels and make stocking recommendations ・Make parts recommendation list to new dealers and also for newly launched models ・Provide parts system trainings to dealers ・Propose and execute ideas for the improvement of daily operation such as systemization, standardization and efficient workflow Spare Parts Sales Support Representative QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : ・3 years of customer support, sales, and marketing experience in the construction, agricultural machinery, automotive, semiconductor, electric parts, or similar industrial machinery industry ・Good understanding of mechanical products and familiar to read parts Manuals/books ・A team worker and flexible to support others ・Ability to communicate internally and externally with persons / stakeholders who have different cultural background ・Excellent customer service and communication skills ・Flexible to travel in and outside of Europe for dealer visits ・Computer skills and operation experience of SAP is a plus ・Business level of English is required ・Fluency in other European language is welcome *When contacting us, please include the job reference number (e.g. Ref: SF 46272 ) at the top of your message.
