Quality Specialist

We are looking for a Temporary Associate Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality Product Surveillance Team in Boxmeer. Welcome to our team: You are a member of the Quality Product Surveillance team and you are responsible for product surveillance in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In addition, the team also acts as a Center of Excellence for the quality systems. The team ensures that product issues with impact on the market or delivery of the product are followed up with the highest priority. About the position: The Product Surveillance department is responsible for monitoring, trending and quality assurance of the product processes of our production location in Boxmeer and De Bilt. You will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities within the department. In addition, there are various Sub System Owner roles within the Product Surveillance department (PQR, PQC and stability). The department is therefore responsible for the maintenance and improvement of these systems and provides the necessary support to all users on and off site. Primary Responsibilities: Stability Study Management Setting up various documents- Setting up stability annual planning- Initiating and coordinating stability studies- Evaluating (trending) and reporting stability studies- Escalating stability issues Product Quality Report (PQR)- Initiating and coordinating Product Quality Response data from other departments- Performing data trending, evaluating and reporting Product Quality Reports- Escalating potential product issues Product Quality Complaints (PQC) Your profile At least HBO or Bachelor degree and experience in a similar position within Quality (Systems). Extensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and other compliance requirements with the ability to interpret and apply in both routine and exceptional situations Excellent soft skills; Positive, driven and empathetic attitude; Open to listen to the opinions of others, able to take the lead when needed, and driven to get things done. Great sense of ownership, able to see opportunities in any situation. Supportive attitude, able to coach others in a respectful way Extensive project management skills and strong communication and writing skills in English and Dutch This is a temporary role, more information will be given on application.
