Job Description

Supply Chain, Returns Specialist, EMEA - always starts with the consumer in mind, manages the execution of a reverse flow and optimizes service and satisfaction. This role ensures a flawless and compliant way of processing the returns within the assigned portfolio of accounts of the Returns Specialist, while working with cross-functional stakeholders (internally and externally) to perform the needed actions to get the products back to the Nike warehouse and credit the customers. The Returns Specialist has a deep understanding of the business operations and, as a subject matter expert, advises on supply chain solutions and new capabilities, and works on capability transition. What are you going to do? Support day-to-day execution of returns operations, ensuring transactional and operational activities align with Nike’s financial and strategic objectives. Assist in maintaining and utilizing relevant Nike systems, tools, and reports to drive efficiency and meet operational targets. SAP knoweldge is a must. Collaborate with internal teams to uphold the Consumer Promise—delivering service, convenience, sustainability, and profitability across returns processes. Contribute to the refinement and implementation of process improvements within Nike Direct Reverse Logistics, helping optimize operational workflows. Provide operational insights to support E2E Supply Chain flow and assist in communicating complex information to teams and stakeholders in a clear and structured manner. What do we offer?
