Country Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and execute country-specific business strategies aligned with overall corporate objectives, identifying local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product positioning, pricing, and marketing decisions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain key client relationships, and continuously expand market/channel share. Build and manage local cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, retail, operations), set performance targets, monitor execution, and ensure delivery of regional OKRs. Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams (supply chain, finance, legal, HR) to ensure efficient daily operations, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and regular reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluency in English required; proficiency in the local language is mandatory for specific countries. 5-10 years of sales/business development experience in consumer electronics or home appliances industries, with expertise in channel management and international trade; proven ability to manage omnichannel business operations. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to navigate Eastern and Western business environments. Entrepreneurial drive, market and competitive sensitivity, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to fast-paced growth environments. Willingness to undertake international travel (subject to business needs). 工作内容： 1. 基于整体业务战略，制定并执行所在国家的业务发展战略，洞察本地市场趋势、客户需求及竞争态势，为产品定位、定价及市场推广提供决策依据； 2. 开拓新业务机会，建立和维护关键客户关系，持续扩大市场/渠道份额； 3. 组建并管理本地跨职能团队（如销售、市场、零售、运营），设定团队绩效目标，监督执行，对整体区域OKR达成负责； 4. 与总部及区域团队在供应链、财务、法务及人力资源等方面协作，保障日常运营高效运行，包括预算制定、预测分析、合规执行及定期汇报。 岗位要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，英语可以作为工作语言，部分国家小语种为必须项； 2. 5到10年以上消费类电子、家电等行业销售拓展经验，熟悉渠道、外贸等行业经验；具有经营管理全渠道业务的能力； 3. 具有良好的的中西方处理人际关系及跨文化沟通能力； 4. 具有较强的事业心及创业精神，对市场趋势和竞争敏感并具有洞察力，有很强的抗压能力和自我调适能力，能快速适应高速成长企业的工作节奏； 5. 能接受海外差旅（视具体业务需求）。
