Sales Manager - Home Appliances

As part of our strategic expansion in the Benelux region, Midea is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Home Appliances . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the business with key retailers in the Benelux region, aiming to build strong partnerships and maximize sales opportunities through sustainable growth. Main responsibilities: Drive business growth by executing strategies to develop new channels and acquire new customers Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to align on project and opportunity requirements Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both Midea and its customers Your profile: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the Home Appliance industry with a well-established distribution network Solid understanding of channel structures and the home appliance market Ability to interpret technical designs and translate them into product solutions Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports for both internal and external stakeholders Experience in sales and distribution within retail chains is a strong advantage Fluency in both English and Dutch
