ABOUT THE ROLE Location: Guarulhos, Brazil As an Industrial Engineer you will: ● Optimize warehouse layout and develop strategic plans. ● Lead the evaluation, planning, and implementation of warehouse automation solutions (e.g., sorting systems, conveyor lines), with hands-on experience in equipment deployment. ● Design and execute lean improvement projects for warehouse operations, including equipment efficiency upgrades and manual process optimization. ● Conduct capacity management, productivity analysis, and cost optimization to support warehouse capacity planning and productivity metrics. Qualifications ● Language: Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and listening). ● Experience: Prior experience in industrial engineering (IE) or planning roles within warehousing or related industries. ● Skills: Proficient in IE improvement methodologies and AutoCAD. Knowledgeable in equipment configuration, capacity evaluation, and layout planning. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. ● Multinational company experience is a plus.
