Job Duties Under general supervision, provides well site service to customers. Applies content learned through formal training in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory, and well site service delivery. Works directly with fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of company products, rig operations, and fluids, separation, and waste management technologies. Performs in a professional manner as a Halliburton representative, maintaining good relationships with operator’s representatives and rig personnel. Conducts and interprets results of testing to provide technical solutions. Operates separation and waste management equipment and understands their impact on fluid performance. Manages inventory of products and equipment spares based on drilling needs. Operates, maintains, and optimizes testing, separation, and waste management equipment. Complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Mentors junior employees. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or related field is preferred; completion of the Baroid Core Training Course or similar; and 2-4 years of fluids and separation equipment experience.
