This requires expertise in how to effective manage complex technical projects spanning across multiple technologies, functional areas as well as manage delivery across Peloton’s Global Delivery Centers. Peloton is looking for an experienced leader in this space to lead and standardize technical management processes. Description Professional with experience in Artificial Intelligence solutions, focusing on Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs), including the application of techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Required Knowledge Hands-on experience with Machine Learning projects (supervised and unsupervised) Knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP) Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Gemini, etc.) Implementation of solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar Knowledge of data pipelines and vector databases such as FAISS, Weaviate, or Pinecone Programming in Python (preferred), including libraries like scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy Desirable: experience with model deployment (REST APIs, containers, etc.) Desirable: familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Peloton Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
