You will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote our products and services to the target audience. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, all aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling marketing content for various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, and performance tracking. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through different communication channels, addressing inquiries and gathering feedback as required. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Event Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities. Brand Management: Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with RSM, OCET and teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve marketing strategies. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and event management. Fresh Graduates will be considered given the right attitude and mindset. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. A self-starter with a positive, “we can do it!” sort of attitude. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up. Strong project and time management skill. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and a passion for marketing and branding. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Must be available to work on selected weeknights and weekends dependent on event schedule.
