TCS is looking your Talent as: Oracle EBS Work modality: Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week) Role & responsibilities: English spoken 80% or higher (mandatory) Senior experience in leading design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for different Oracle EBS Projects End to end role implementation and rollouts. Define and manage program scope, quality, and schedule. Recommend business performance improvements. Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of work and drive people management activities within team. Has some project management exposure e.g., communication management, stakeholders’ management, scope management, risk management, quality & time management. Review others work outputs and provide input to manager on employee performance. Work with other team to improve performance, provides ongoing feedback and develops plans with them to identify gaps. Must have experience on: Oracle SQL Oracle PL/SQL Oracle Form Oracle Report Oracle EBS SCM Modules (Purchasing ,Inventory, Order Management) We are offering: Direct contract Full payroll scheme Benefits of law and above
