The Opportunity This role is part of the People Solutions (HR) Digital Demand & Governance team within the Tech Strategy & Enterprise Solutions function of our Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization. The Digital Demand & Governance (DD&G) team ensures HR solutions are evaluated against existing technologies and coordinated with key stakeholders such as: Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Networking & Infrastructure, Legal, Procurement, and other critical partners. The team manages demand intake and prioritization across the entire People Solutions tech portfolio, collaborating with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Tech Product Owners to assess new technologies, ensure alignment with global strategy, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. This role will own and manage the intake and Change Control Board (CCB) process and support areas such as: Single-Sign On (SSO) Application Onboarding Certificate Management Support Ticket SLAs (Incidents/Service Requests) Vanity URLs Whitelisting/Email Safe Sender Configuration Identity Access Management Information Security Assessments Legal & AI Governance Reviews Responsibilities – Your Impact As a Sector IT Sr Analyst , your responsibilities include: Lead and manage the end-to-end Change Control Board (CCB) process for People Solutions technologies. Organize and facilitate weekly CCB meetings , including agenda setting, meeting documentation, and follow-ups. Ensure all changes are: Fit-for-purpose and aligned with global HR tech strategy. Compliant with enterprise architecture roadmap. Evaluated for cross-functional and automation impacts. Drive automation efforts to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks. Maintain and manage ServiceNow user groups and tickets to ensure proper access, permissions, and SLA support. Collaborate with Technology Leads, System Architects, and others to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and compliant with governance standards. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5-8 years of IT experience . Technical Skills: Strong documentation and project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Azure DevOps). Experience working with data flow diagrams . Familiarity with technology project lifecycle, deployments, and change management . Experience with ServiceNow or SAP SuccessFactors (preferred but not required). Soft Skills: Strategic thinking and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple timelines and priorities. Self-motivated, creative, and proactive with leadership experience. Solid understanding of HR and IT technologies . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global team environment . Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across IT, HR, and business teams. Strong customer service mindset towards both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
