Job Description

The Head of Sales LATAM have responsibility leading and managing the Sales and Trade Marketing organizations across LATAM. The role leads LATAM sales while guiding and installing sales capabilities responsible for the achievement of volume, distribution, shelving and merchandising objectives across all products categories and brands, building selling skills and customer expertise and is responsible for delivering outstanding field superior results. Also, jointly responsible with GMs as responsible for billing and maximizing ROI through Red Revenue investment. This person will lead a team of senior sales people across region and will be responsible for all channels while guiding Sales. Will be accountable for a for executing revenue management, category, and channel sales strategies for LATAM. This roles reports to the Senior VP LATAM and will join the LATAM Executive Management Team. Key Responsibilities: People Management : Develop and manage performance and development plans for the sales team. Conduct regular team meetings and long-term planning sessions. Define succession planning and adjust sales incentives as needed. Key Account and Distributor Management : Ensure robust plans and execution for key retail partners and distributors. Develop regional channel strategies and ensure appropriate trade marketing and sales promotion plans. Strategic Planning and Forecasting : Represent the Sales function on the LATAM Executive Team, contributing to volume, profit, and spending targets. Develop long-range vision and manage regional initiatives and quarterly forecasts. New Channel/Business Development : Define and execute ecommerce strategies. Identify and develop local opportunities and new cross-border accounts. Train and develop customer groups to ensure superior results. Minimum Requirements: Experience: 15 years in sales leadership roles at Multinational CPG Companies with experience in direct and indirect selling models. Proven success in leading Senior Sales teams and managing key retailers in both MT and TT channels at regional level. Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in distributor management, wholesaler operations, and ecommerce channels is a plus. Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish. Preferred Experience: Experience working international retailers. Past roles in trade marketing and field sales. Experience as a Country Manager is highly desirable, showcasing your capability to lead and manage operations at a national level.
