Position Snapshot Permanent contract, full-time Residence Address: Treviso or Venezia Geographic work area: Treviso, Venezia, Belluno Degree in Pharmacy or Health Sciences At least 2 years of experience as Medical Representative / Informatore / Informatrice Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities Position Summary Responsible for ethically and scientifically building the image and role of Nestlé Health Science within the nutraceutical sector (vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants, herbs, etc.). As a Medical Representative, you will interface with Pharmacists, Healthcare Professionals (HCP), and retailers within a specified territory to promote recommendations and prescriptions of these products, increasing sell-out in Retailers. You will ensure proper communication with local colleagues and team members to manage the business effectively, achieving goals within deadlines while monitoring KPIs. A day in the life of a Medical Representative Organize and conduct training activities for pharmacists to encourage sales of Nestlé Health Science products. Provide scientific information about the characteristics, therapeutic indications, dosing, and side effects of products in the Nestlé Health Science portfolio to HCPs and retailers. Collaborate with pharmacists as a consultant for managing categories covered in the portfolio, seeking differentiation. Visit HCPs and opinion leaders regularly within the territory, responding to their needs and managing opportunities, objections, and critical issues. What will make you successful? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management Strong negotiation and sales skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of HCPs Ability to present to large groups Experience with HCPs and retailers in the assigned territory is advantageous.
