Senior Spa therapist

Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. Perform treatments with precision, professionalism, and consistency. Adhere to treatment times and follow training guidelines meticulously. Ensure all treatment rooms are kept clean and well-maintained. Build and maintain positive relationships with spa guests. Ideal Candidate: Holds an internationally recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 2 and 3, BTEC, or equivalent). A qualification in massage therapy is essential. Experience with Elemis products is desirable. Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times. Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends. Strong customer care skills with the ability to work under pressure. Team player with excellent organizational skills. Warm, distinctive, and professional personality.
