Corporate Tax Lawyer, London, 4 PQE

Jameson Legal is instructed on a new Corporate Tax opportunity with our City firm client. This firm offers high-end mid-market work, within a genuinely collegiate and supportive culture. A full-service firm with a London HQ and international offices, the team regularly works with colleagues in overseas jurisdictions, on matters which have cross-border tax implications. This is a broad Tax role covering all areas, including Corporate M&A, Corporate Reorganisations and Real Estate. We would be keen to hear from lawyers at City, West End or regional/national firms, currently in a Corporate Tax team and with a minimum of 4 years' PQE. You will have a high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping to drive the business forwards.
