As the Senior Legal Counsel - Property you will be; Handling a caseload of property-related, real estate, infrastructure and development matters Handling Leases, Licenses and Title investigations Working collaboratively with the wider legal team on infrastructure projects for the business As the Senior Legal Counsel - Property you will have; Ideally have worked in a private practice or an in-house setting, but are also open to public sector background. Candidates with a utilities or retail background would be beneficial but not a necessity. Candidates must have a strong background in Real Estate/ Property law to be considered.
