Role Fabricator and Welding role Location Close to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk Working hours Monday to Thursday Full time hours Capacity of role Temporary to permanent position Pay Rate up to £18.50 per hour Our client is a leading sub contractor and looking to expand within their workshop with the additional of a welder to support their manufacturing function. Applicants will need to have previous experience within a similar role and will need own transport due to the location of the premise. Main duties will include Reading technical drawings Welding on mild steel Perform basic repairs on welding/fabrication equipment Perform welding operations using various techniques Prepare metal materials for fabrication and welding Using a variety of hand and power tools to finish product range Candidate attributes ? Ability to weld using MIG practises ? Fabrication experience ? Own transport is essential due to the location of the premises ?
