Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our non-profit organisation for a three-month contract period. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to support the organisation's mission and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage the organisation's budget and financial forecasts. Monitor financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. Produce timely financial reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with donor requirements and regulatory standards. Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Qualifications: Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit setting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
