Inside Sales Representative

Datacenter People is a specialized recruitment company working with a Global Power and Cooling Infrastructure organisation looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team based in the Netherlands. Under direction of the Head of Sales Operations EMEA, you will assist the assigned front office Sales Managers and customers to complete sales quotations in the assigned territories. This position will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and growth objectives. As the ISR you will represent the entire range of products and services and also will help the other members of the team, fellow colleagues, channel partners, customers and prospects to get access to information quickly. Role & Responsibilities: Establish and maintain customer relations (both internal & external) to improve customer satisfaction & experience Maintain accurate customer records and sales transactions in Salesforce CRM Assist front office Sales Managers and customers to determine what products are the best solution for the customer project based on scope and budget Communicate with clients, help solve their problems, and provide up-to-date information Be the first point of contact for new leads in the EMEA regions (requests for quotes, where to buy) and questions coming in via general e-mail address Coordinate multi-brand projects post sales by engaging with the CSR’s and customer Discuss quotes/opportunities for all of Europe Prepare BID documents Customer aftercare Skills & Experience: Sales Support/Customer Service experience in a B2B environment Customer focused and familiar with consultative selling Ability to speak English, Dutch, German Experience in export and document handling beneficial Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) experience with Salesforce.com preferred Product sales experience with supply chain management/delivery Data Centre industry experience preferred but not essential Position will require limited travel, ideal candidate must be able to travel up to 2 times a year We regret that due to the high volume of applications we are unable to acknowledge each one.
